Handcuff Knot
This is mostly used in search and rescue operations as a handcuff, or as a
way of helping someone trapped in crevices and the like!

Instructions:
1. Make two identical loops out of the rope.
2. Let them overlap as you create a clove hitch, and then thread and
tighten the loops.
3. The hands and legs of the “victim” should then be place in each
loop.
