SKILL ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS
CLASS X AND XII (2024)
The Skill Enhancement Program for 22 students, held from 17th to 28th June 2024, offered a blend of
theoretical and practical learning. The program included interactive sessions on HR best practices, supply
chain management, finance, legal aspects, and AI tools. Students also participated in team-building games,
yoga, and Zumba. Practical exposure was provided through plant visits, where they observed
manufacturing processes for helmets, mirrors, car sensors, and more. Hands-on activities included Canva
designing and MS Office training. Career counseling sessions and interactions with industry professionals
enriched their experience. The program concluded with stipends distribution and group photographs,
aiming to equip students with enhanced skills for their future careers.
