               Training
               Policy
CIS, believes that training needs to be ongoing and both self directed and company directed. To that end, it is our
policy to have formal training sessions with the IARs and the staff and to give them the information they need to
               excel.

               Background
Cornerstone’s sales training is based on the need to not only know how to sell, but to know and understand the
               strategy behind our managed portfolios.

               Responsibility
John Riley has the responsibility for the implementation of the training program. .

               Procedure
The CIS training program is executed in several ways. The first is in person, and/or group training, the next is via
Skype and the last is ongoing via emails and contact with the IARs.

The Training focuses on several areas, Policies & Procedures, Ethics, Strategy, Sales and Ops & Admin.

The Strategy training gives the background to our investment strategy, where it is now and what we expect.

The Sales Training focuses on uncovering the clients needs and how we can help the client.

The Ops & Admin training focuses on operational and administrative issues.

Cornerstone also trains IARs about ETF (and similar products). The training centers on how Cornerstone uses them
within our strategies. We also train them on the potential problems of ETFs due to tracking errors and other
               inherent issues with ETFs.

Cornerstone has also set up an online location for IARs for sales training, strategy training and Ops and Admin
               training.

IARs are instructed to download various articles and reports for self study.
