Floppy Sun Hat
Common Recipe: DC10
Description: This open weave hat allows cool air to pass through
while protecting the wearer's eyes from the sun with its
wide floppy brim.

Material Cost:
Effect: While others might scoff at the somewhat silly sight
of this classic sun hat, the protection and comfort it provides
on bright days can't be beat. While wearing the hat you
gain advantage on any saving throws to prevent being blinded
by bright light, and a +1 to survival checks. The hat can be
decorated with flowers or a ribbon if you wish, but may
cause people to not take you seriously no matter how you
decorate it.
Quality Effect: Modify Roll after Advantage
Shoddy: -2, and -1 to CHA Superior: +1, and -1 to CHA
Poor: -1, and -1 to CHA Exceptional: +2
Standard: 0, -1 to CHA Masterwork: +3
