MARKETING TIME LINE
WEEK ONE AND TWO
Photograph property.
Create copy-writing text.
Design layout for print materials.
Design ad(s).
Order “For Sale” sign.
Order “Just Listed” postcards.
Design ads and provide camera ready artwork to all marketing venues. Begin cultivating in-house contacts (buyers & brokers).
WEEK THREE - ON MARKET
Submit property information, text copy and photography to the Multiple Listing Service (The MLS). Submit property listing for placement to on-line venues.
Submit press release and photographs to local media.
Deliver property profile and brochures to property.
Virtual Open House to share with brokerages and applicable on-line public real estate venues. Send out/deliver print marketing materials to public and local brokerages.
Schedule showing requests.
WEEKS FOUR-FIVE-SIX
Broker shall continue to revise marketing concepts throughout the listing period.
Weeks four-six follow schedule as week three with continued virtual weekend open houses. An executive review will be scheduled week six if the home has not sold by this date.
Advertising and marketing commitments are based on a 6% commission and 180 day listing period.
