Where We Go

At this time we are building an exclusive
airport with the length of the runway in this
early stage is 1,400 m. The airport also has
h a n g a r s , o ffi c e s p a c e s , E M R C ,
communication tower and terminal
facilities.
At the next stage, the length of the runway
will be extended to 1,700 m and in the third
stage, the runway will become to 2.100 m
and the airport would be an exclusive
international airport.

Zodiac Group ltd. acting as investor for
fabrication of TVS-DTD aircraft which is
derivation of An3T or now called TVS-2MS
and soon assembled in our airport facilities,
so there will be aircraft “made in Bali”.
In Indonesia, Zodiac Group appointed PT.
Pro Aviasi as its representative.

AgustaWestland and Pegasus Helicopter are
helicopter manufacturer that already intent to make
their workshop in our airport facilities, since they
see the potential market for their product and
services in Asia Pacific Region.

For further development, of course we need additional capital
but the capital is quite rare to obtain. Therefore to obtain the
capital, in the next three years after starting operation of
airport,we will offer to public to own our share through Initial
Public Offering (IPO). Through this process, our private
company transforms into a public company.
