Our Commitment
At Hello! Destination Management, sustainability is central to our mission. Our approach to sustainability and
corporate citizenship is built on four pillars: Business Sustainability & Governance, Environmental Sustainability,
Community Engagement, and Diversity Commitment. We aim to positively impact our environment, communities,
and partners while delivering exceptional events and advancing long-term sustainable solutions.
Business Sustainability & Governance
Hello! Destination Management is currently pursuing Tugboat Evergreen®
Certification. This certification focuses on multi-generational corporate growth
with a commitment to make a long-term difference in the world. Evergreen
certified companies implement values that are beneficial to all stakeholders—
clients, employees, and partners. Guided by the Evergreen 7Ps® framework
(Purpose, Perseverance, People First, Private, Profit, Paced Growth, and
Pragmatic Innovation.), our goal is to achieve this certification by early 2025. This
will place Hello! in an elite group of purpose-driven businesses committed to long-
term impact, excellence, and shared success.
Environmental Sustainability
Our phased environmental strategy begins with a carbon footprint audit, followed by actionable steps toward net -
zero emissions. We're exploring partnerships with Honeycomb and Biosphere to drive our environmental
sustainability. We’ve also created an Event Sustainability Guide which was designed to encourage Hello! Clients to
host eco-friendly events, it features several solutions they can implement during their program, including:
• Biodegradable Event Badges: Using materials like seed paper, bamboo, and bioplastic options.
• Sustainable Design: Incorporating reusable décor elements such as linen-less tables, and biophilic design.
• Locally Sourced Gifting: Instead of offering traditional promotional items that are manufactured overseas we
encourage clients to choose gifts from local artisans.
Diversity Commitment
Diversity is a cornerstone of our culture and
operations.
Our initiatives include:

all business practices.
• Supplier Diversity Tracking: Ensuring
alignment with our diversity values.
