Ritz Corn Casserole               Directions



      6 servings                      1. Crush Ritz crackers close to a
                                        powder consistency.

                                     2. Add melted butter to crackers and

                                        bottom of a square casserole dish,

                                      8. Stir well and heat throughout.
                                      9. Pour into casserole dish.
                                     10. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.
                                        or until firm.
                                      11. Add remaining crackers to form a
                                        top crust and bake for an
                                        additional 10 minutes.
