this proposal to include tiered options for all requested elements! To enhance your evening
events, we have curated key décor pieces, a variety of seating, linens/centerpieces &
chosen interactive activations and talent to engage guests during the on-property Welcome Reception & off-property
Customer Appreciation Event.

Additionally, we are pleased to share the accompanying Budget Summary; this tool provides all pricing in a la carte
form with the unique ability to manipulate quantities to target your preferred investment for each element of your
program. All pricing is quoted inclusive of our management fee.

Understanding the importance of cost effectiveness and based on the current scope of the program, Hello! Las

VIP Arrival & Departure Transfers for (5) Guests on 2025 Site Visit (based Value of $2,500.00
on a minimum $50,000 program total)
Creative Services Credit (based on a minimum $100,000 program total) Value of $2,500.00
or or
3% Rebate (based on a minimum $250,000 program total) Value of $7,500.00
1-Hour IV Hydration Service for War Room Value of $1,250.00
