Meeting your financial requisites is at the forefront of our minds from our initial point of contact through the final
billing process. We understand that every program comes with certain budgetary requirements and our goal as your
partner is to provide exceptional service at a price that you are comfortable paying. Through collaboration with our
clients, leveraging our supplier and hotel relationships, and remaining strategic throughout the proposal process
Hello! Las Vegas is able to execute services that exceed your expectations but not your budget.

Understanding the importance of cost effectiveness and based on the current scope of the program, Hello! Las
Vegas would like to offer the following complimentary services and concessions for the Hyundai Dealer Meeting
2024 program.

1. Hello! to provide all site transportation complimentary per calendar year – Value - $15k - $18k.
2. Tier Discount Las Vegas Per-Program*:
• $300k - $500k = 5% Program Discount
• $501k - $800k = 6% Program Discount
• $801k - $1M = 7% Program Discount + 5% Discount on Labor
• $1M - $1.5M = 8% Program Discount + 7% Discount on Labor
• $1.5M+ = 10% Program Discount + 5% Discount on Labor and Delivery

* Exclusions include Revenue from dine-around and other services provided on a cost-plus management fee basis,
taxes, gratuities, and revenue from purchase of attraction admission tickets.
* We can revisit this in December 2025 to ensure we/Hello! are giving in the direction you/customer wants.
* Offer only exists with our Las Vegas office and Morley’s customer, Hyundai as of today.

Please note that these offerings are negotiable and subject to change based on the scope of the program and
contracted services.
