Experienced, Hello! Destination Management uniformed translation staff can provide any of the following:
• Assist guests with program information
• Directional and guest services
• Registration support
• Simultaneous Translation services (additional fee for equipment)
Estimated Costs
Starting at $100.00 per hour, per staff
Japanese Translation Staff
(based on a minimum of four consecutive hours of service)
Wireless Headphones for Simultaneous
Translation
*Based on (50) Wireless Headphones, (1) $1,500.00 Flat Rate Per Day
Microphone, (1) Mixer, and (1) Transmitter
Additional Transmitters (Based on Size of $350.00 Each
Meeting Space)
Additional Headphones (Based on Guest Count) $12.00 Each
On-Site Technician Fee (Required) $75.00 Per Hour, Per Technician (4-Hour Minimum)
On-Site Monitor Fee (Optional) $65.00 Each Per Hour, Per Monitor (4-Hour Minimum)
Hotel Parking $20.00 Per Staff Per Day
