Fine Points
• Hello! Destination Management rates do not include a fuel surcharge. Based on current market conditions a fuel
surcharge may be added to the final invoice.
• Please notify your Hello! representative in advance of any special needs. Vehicles equipped with wheelchair lifts
must be requested prior to contracting.
• All vehicles are current model, air-conditioned, fully insured and bonded, and are staffed by uniformed
professional drivers.
• Regulation size for signage is 8.5" x 11". Please e-mail signage to Hello! Las Vegas at least one week before
your program. If you do not have signage, we will provide it at no extra charge.
• Client to be billed for contracted hours or actual hours of service (for both transportation and staff), whichever
is greater.
• All inclusions, prices and policies are subject to change until contracted.
