Describe the company’s working relationship with the facility (named in Section II – Event Profile) selected
for this event (i.e., Are you the preferred vendor? How many events and of what type have you serviced
there?).

The Hello! Las Vegas team has serviced many events at Aria Resort and Casino and are proud of the working
relationship developed with the on-property team. While MGM Resorts and Aria have an existing in-house preferred
event management company, we are still granted opportunities due to established relationships with Aria
management and clients who request our services. Our team successfully executed (20) events in 2022, (22) events
in 2023 and already have over (20) opportunities at Aria in 2024 and beyond. Of these events, we have provided
our full scope of services for up to 4,500 attendees.

Experience Comments:
Our most recent successful events at Aria was during Las Vegas’s inaugural Super Bowl this past February 2024.
Our client, Hyundai, entrusted us with every aspect of their program from arrival to departure, including
transportation, dining and decor. At the conclusion of the event our client shared this about their experience: “There
are no words to describe the amazing experience we had working with Frances and team the past week. There
wasn’t an ask they couldn’t deliver on and for that, I am truly grateful. We will certainly let you know when we return
back to Vegas (I believe it will be sooner rather than later)! Thank you, again. The hard work and dedication your
team has provided to us does not go unnoticed.
