Charter vehicles are purchased on an hourly basis and will remain with the group
Motor Coach (up to 50 Passengers) $825.00 (First Three Hours)

$240.00 (Each Additional Hour)

XL Mini Coach (up to 30 Passengers) $335.00 per hour (Two Hour Minimum)

Mini Coach (up to 25 Passengers) $310.00 per hour (Two Hour Minimum)

Sprinter Van (up to 10 Passengers) $245.00 per hour (Two Hour Minimum)

SUV (up to 5 Passengers) $160.00 per hour (Two Hour Minimum)

Sedan (up to 3 Passengers) $145.00 per hour (Two Hour Minimum)

Staff
$65.00 per hour, per staff
Hello! Destination Management Staff (based on a minimum of four consecutive
hours of service)
Hotel Parking $20.00 per staff

Availability
This off-property event is not on hold and subject to availability until contracted. Prior to contracting, holds can be
challenged by the supplier if another client requests the same date.

Fine Points
• Due to market conditions, some menu items may be subject to availability.
• Some restaurants may require a pre-selected group menu if the number of guests exceeds the à la carte
maximum. Group menus will incur a per person cost inclusive of food and beverage charges, transportation and
staff.
• Private space requests will incur food and beverage minimums that must be met for exclusive use.
• All inclusions, prices and policies are subject to change until contracted.
• Rates above are for 2024. 2025 Rates subject to increase
