• Hello! Destination Management rates do not include a fuel surcharge. Based on current market conditions a
fuel surcharge may be added to the final invoice.
• Décor and entertainment enhancements may require venue approval.
Enhancements may require additional load-in time and additional fees. Hello! will advise on additional
charges once décor and entertainment selections have been finalized.
• A food and beverage minimum must be met for the 3 Floor of Ole Red.
