Inside of the Forum Shops at Caesars, Water Grill
displays an interactive Oyster Bar and Live
Shellfish tank. The oyster selections stretch from
the waters of Washington, Canada and New
Zealand. When you order the King Crab, you’ll
know it’s fresh as they pull it out from the tank.
Exceptionally fresh and flavorful, Water Grill is
equally visually impressive. Decorated with wood
beams, nautical accents and a showstopping
chandelier made of oyster shells, you’ll feel the
ocean isn’t far. The restaurant is also equipped
with various private dining spaces perfect for group
dining and events.
