MOVEMENT
The movement has brass rectangular plates with five slender baluster pillars, all latched at the front plate. The going train has anchor escapement with Knibb’s special backcock suspending the brass- rod pendulum from a sprung hook with butterfly nut adjustment, the pendulum bob is painted with the IDEN Collection 1913 in white paint. The strike train has an external brass countwheel to regulate the hour strike on a pork-pie bell above the movement plates, the period brass- cased weights are also painted with the IDEN Collection 1913 in white paint
