6oz/150g Hazelnuts
8 Dates, pi ed, roughly chopped

6 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Raw Cocoa Powder-un- sweetened

Directions
Grind the hazelnuts in a co ee grinder, un l ne. Add the chopped dates, mix together. Press into a an ring. Smooth the mixture down with the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge.
Mix the coconut oil, raw chocolate powder, and chopped dates together in a food processor with the S blade, un l smooth. The smaller the food processor the be er, or use a hand-held blender, or a Nutribullet. You may have to scrape down the sides of the bowl a few mes and mix again to get an even consistency. Place the mixture in the an ring on top of the hazelnut and date base. Chill for half an hour and serve.
