Fill out our one page, non-binding reservation form sent via DocuSign by a member of our sales team.
Send your fully-refundable $5000 deposit to be held with our title company. (Wiring/ mailing instructions will come from Independence Title)
Once your deposit has been received, you will be added to our reservation list.
(Reservations are first come first served)
Reservations are first come, first serve meaning the sooner you are added to the list the sooner you will have the opportunity to select the condominium of your choice. If at any time during the reservation process, and prior to signing the purchase agreement, you feel this is not the right fit for you, your $5,000 deposit is fully-refundable and will be returned immediately.
