The Industrial development has reached the 4th
phase since its’ evolution. In its’ 4th version, known as
INDUSTRY 4.0 , the corporate world is marked with a 4
highly mutable nature . Digitisation is pervading every
aspect of our life. Interconnectivity through internet is
making the Globe a big village . Business models are
undergoing disruptive changes.
The Nature and Scope of job, career and personal
growth is changing dramatically.
Therefore the purpose and process of education
is also going to experience a renaissance in the
time to come. Educational Technology tools and
services, Innovative Teaching learning practices
and competency based learning will be the key
influencers in Professional education.
When ever, changes happen in an ecosystem,
it accompanies a bunch of challenges and
opportunities together. We must confront those
challenges with a progressive and learning mindset
to avail the accompanying opportunities. How shall it
be done!

An academic degree is no more a gateway to have
career and job. If you want to excel in life ,You need
to earn a career by Up-skilling and Re-skilling yourself
under a right mentor.
