Six-Flap Shutter Fold

Cut out the shutter old around the outside border. Then, cut on the solid lines to create six faps. Fold
the faps toward the center. Apply glue to the back o the shutter old to attach it to a notebook page.

I desired, this template can be modied to create a our-fap shutter old by cutting o the bottom row.
You can also create two three-fap books by cutting it in hal down the center line.
