PROPERTIES
GEOFAT FINISH 1460 is a self-emulsify synthetic oil used in pull-up type
finishes. Applied pure or diluted in water, provides pull-up effect with
a slightly greasy touch. The effect is directly related to the applied load.
GEOFAT FINISH 1460 can also be applied on the flesh side to improve
the uniformity of oils and waxes absorption that eventually are applied
on the grain. To increase the darkening effect is recommended to
combine GEOFAT FINISH 1460 with GEALUX 2000 in the desired
proportion. Its application can be on thermodot machine, or with
spray gun. After the application, the ideal is to let the leathers rest for
at least 6 hours before completing the effect with smooth plate or felt
polishing.
