PROPERTIES
GEALUX FA 88 is a dispersion of modified waxes that was developed
especially to improve the pressing power and the coverage power of
resin finishes. Due to its composition, GEALUX FA 88 can be used as
single auxiliary component in resin finishes. In cases that a higher
degree of matting is required, it is recommended to add GEALUX
FOSCO 30 in the quantity of the desired effect. The quantity used
varies according to the finish, therefore, usually are added from 50 to
100 g/l. Due to its chemical nature, GEALUX FA 88 can be used in
white finishes resistant to light and heat. Other finishes in which
GEALUX FA 88 is recommended are: box, upholstery, and pigmented
nappas.
