FIRST? This is a general “wish list” of 5-7 items that you need to
identify as necessary to begin implementing NOW to begin
your school year as strong as possible.
2. This will require us to do a S.W.O.T. Analysis of your
building and conduct conversations with your
respective staff and faculty.
Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats Analysis
must be conducted to determine what is best for your
respective building and your building needs.
