Each investor member will have a percentage ownership reflecting their level of individual investment made. There will be unique loan agreements drawn up between each named investor and Project ABC (Investors) LLP. Full receipt of a project funding target, an independent managing agent will be appointed. This will most likely be a certified accountant.
