Project ABC (Investors) LLP will then invest the accumulated investor funds into Project ABC Limited. Simultaneously,
Project ABC Ltd will be incorporated, allowing work to commence at the selected development. Investor funds sit within a dedicated bank account and will only be transferred to Project ABC Limited once the project commences .
If in the unlikely event the project doesn’t proceed, the funds will be returned in whole to the individual investors.
