The construction project then commences using investor funds and corporate borrowing from a pre-selected lender. This phase could last for up 36 months. All aspects of the build process
from construction to sales and marketing are carried out by your professional back room team and a regular monthly progress report will be posted on you private investor portal. Upon successful completion, it’s then time to repay the initial investment, with interest, to the shareholders of Project ABC (Investors) LLP.
