If, for example, the project makes a profit of £500,000, and the interest, calculated at 5%, per annum from the total initial investment is £50,000. This amount is paid to Project ABC (Investors) LLP. This leaves a net profit £450,000. Project ABC (Investors) LLP have a further 30% profit share stake which equates to a further £135,000.
