                                            Raw Food Adventures

                                             Instructor: Brooke Brooks


                                             Brooke has been a "foodie" for over 20 years. Her adventure
                                             took a sharp tum 13 years ago went her first child developed

                                             several food issues. Her family removed meat, dairy, gluten
                                             and soy back when alternatives just did not exist or were too
                                             expensive.


                                             Anyone remembers the $12, teeny BRICK of gluten free
                                             bread, YUCK! The internet recipes were just starting to offer

                                             some help but they didn't check all the restrictive boxes.

                                             Brooke found a small supportive online community who DID,

                                             enter Raw Food! A new world of raw food recipes fit the

                                             dietary restrictions perfectly. These recipes changed

                                             everything and slowly healed her little boys’ gut.


                                             In this class we won't waste a drop, I'll share recipes, tips
                                             and tricks for making:
                                                  »  Nut milks

                                                  »  "Cheese" (using pulp from making nut milk)

                                                  »  Crackers (using pulp from making nut milk)
                                                  »  Liar Balls (think Lara Bars but better)


                                                  »  Carrot cake (using carrot pulp left over from juicing)

                                                  »  Carrot salsa (using carrot pulp left over from juicing)


                                                  »  Granola, a daily staple for breakfast, treats and
                                                      snacking
