Murray Rowland was racing his 1962 Ford Anglia at
Leyburn Sprints in August.
He lives in Rosemount, here on the Sunny Coast.
Murray’s friend Richard Coles from the British Ford Car
Club of Queensland caught up with him for a chat in-

It was a great day out and this year the weather
was extremely kind providing a bright, warm,
sunny day.

A group from the BFCC are travelling to Bathurst
in October to celebrate the 1965 win by Bo Seton
and Midge Bosworth in a Ford Cortina GT500.
A ’60 years of Cortinas at Bathurst’ celebration.
We will hopefully have some photos of the event
for BB in November.
