    HOW TO UPDATE YOUR MEMBER PROFILE
    IMPORTANT !
YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR OTHER MEMBERS TO SEE.
    WHY UPDATE DATA ?
• Logging your details such
as address, phone and email is necessary for your Management Committee to run the club efficiently.
• Making your phone and
email details available is also useful for other Club members to contact you.
• Having your photo beside
your name makes it easy for other members and the MC to recognise you! This is surprisingly helpful now we have so many members.
• Showing what vehicles
you have, with or without a photo of them, is interesting to other like-minded owners.
REMEMBER...
only other members can view this information it cannot be viewed by the general public.
 Updating your personal information on the Roadrunner Website.
It is not rocket science but it can be confusing and intimidating if you are not 100% confident with finding your way around a website.

This article will take you through the process, step by step...
You should update via the Website on your desktop computer or laptop – not via the Club App (Wild Apricot).
 LET’S BEGIN...
:: Open the Roadrunner Club Website.
:: Sign in to open the Members Only area.
1. CLICK on MEMBERS and select MEMBER DIRECTORY..
2. You are automatically shown a list of all members with their name and phone number. CLICK on your name to open your details. (3. You can also search for other members via ‘Search’)
4. Then, CLICK on the icon – MEMBER LOGIN top right corner [see red box]
