RACQ Sponsorship
I am happy to welcome RACQ as a sponsor for our Noosa Charity Car Show – this has been organised through the local store at Noosa Civic and as with all of our sponsors we encourage members in turn to support them and let them know you are a member of the Roadrunner Car Club.
Distinguished Gentlemen’s Drive 2022
We are now starting to gear up for this year’s Drive with a Sub-Committee being set up to manage the event and we will now start to promote it.
Social Events
I wish to congratulate everyone responsible for organising the excellent Social Events that have been held so far this year and look forward to the many upcoming activities.
The popularity of these events is evidenced by the number of people attending and the very positive feedback we receive.
‘Christmas in July’ was an excellent example with over 60 people attending and enjoying the venue, service and food provided: many thanks go to Judy Bickley for her organisational skills.
Event bookings and payments
It is essential that everyone registers/books for upcoming events so we can manage numbers. Where payments are required, you should pay by credit card at time of booking OR if you register your booking without paying you will receive an invoice showing the payment details to pay by direct bank transfer into the RCC bank – you must then email the treasurer so the payment can be applied:
treasurer@roadrunnercarclub.com.au
Also – remember to cancel your booking if, for any reason, you are no longer able to attend.
Note that bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
