Congratulations to Ken and
Pat for a most enjoyable run.
Lots of compliments from
members who commented on a
great, round-about run from
Peregian to Woombye via a
coffee stop. Everyone arrived in
Woombye by midday and the
surrounding roads were lined with
classic cars which looked most
impressive.
Drinks and meals were quickly
chosen and promptly supplied by
the excellent staff.
Much chatting and laughter
between the 50 members who
were spread around the spacious
dining area. Hopefully we will
return here again – good, hot food
and proficient service.
The last of us left about 3pm after
having admired Frank Lowndes
latest Cortina project, which was
gleaming in the sunshine.
Thanks to Ken and Pat for the
route and thanks to Michel for
organising the day.
