You are advised to check in advance for any Covid vaccination rules and restrictions in place for Queensland venues. These must be observed by law and are outside the control of the Roadrunner Car Club who will not take responsibility for non-admittance.
From 17th December pubs, clubs, nightclubs, hotels, taverns, restaurants, cafés, bars and music venues will be free from all restrictions provided all patrons and staff are fully vaccinated.
You will need a vaccination certificate to prove your status, and it is now possible to link it to the latest version of the Check In Qld app, so you can show it to venues easily.
The Roadrunner Management Committee wish to bring this to your attention to avoid any disappointment or embarrassment at Club events.

DOGS IN PARKS AND NATURE AREAS on CAR RUNS
Some members were disappointed to discover that dogs were not allowed at Wappa Dam Picnic Area and they had to leave.
We would like to make it clear that the organisers are not responsible for checking out if venues are ‘dog friendly’.
Parks, forests, leisure areas, camp sites and similar destinations are listed on the Queensland Government Website and it is advisable to check these out on line to avoid any future frustration.
