We encourage all members to attend to receive reports on progress of the club to date and to be involved in the election of office bearers and the future of the club.
Very informal, very interesting and very important for you attend your
Club's Annual General Meeting on Sunday 29th August at 1.00pm. Informal Lunch will be available at RSL prices beforehand if you wish.
If you are wanting to participate in organising or contributing to your Club's management feel free to nominate for a committee position or just pass on any suggestions or comments.
Agenda items will include capping Club Membership numbers, prior to a vote. A full Agenda will be sent out shortly.
Please come along and get acquainted with the outgoing and incoming committees.
Further information – including all nominations received – will be provided prior to the meeting via email and on the RCC Website.
Note: Current Treasurer Mr Jack Connolly will not be seeking re-election.

Election of Management Committee for 2021-2022
The following positions which form the Management Committee
will be declared vacant –
President Vice President Secretary Treasurer
Anyone wishing to nominate for a position on the Management Committee can view or download the Position Description from the ‘members only’ area of the Club website.
You can also download the nomination form from the website or contact the Secretary for a copy. The completed form will need to be returned to the Secretary at least 14 days before the AGM at which the election is to take place.
Management Appointed Positions 2021-2022 The Management Committee, in its powers, can appoint and have answering to it the following Management Appointed Positions which can consist of a single person role or a subcommittee – the officer appointed will be responsible for that position. These roles are ongoing and are not subject to re-election at the AGM.

Social Co-ordinator Webmaster
SIV Registration Secretary Merchandise Officer
All these Management Appointed Positions, either currently filled or declared vacant, are always open to expressions of interest from any current financial member – this may be either taking on a position or assisting the current Officer in that role.
