‘CHRISTMAS IN JULY’ MEMBERS LUNCH on SATURDAY 10TH JULY
Beautiful days just keep on rolling into Queensland, and a ‘Christmas in July’ lunch at The Apollonian Hotel was a perfect way to spend one of those days.
With a large display of members cars on the green lawn, and tasty Christmas-style food, it was another very enjoyable day talking with fellow members and guests. The Christmas pudding was well received of course!
Lucky new members, Grant and Rhonda Turner, managed to win the ‘lucky door’ prize of a splendid hamper. Maxine Kiel took home a ‘Bowden’s Big Bucket of Car Care’ goodies for having the highest vote count for the ‘members choice’ – her car was the stunning 1934 Jaguar SS1.
