PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Hello Roadrunners
Our club continues to grow, and I would like to welcome all new members. I am sure you will enjoy participating the club activities and I encourage you to join in where possible. If you have any questions or need any help, please feel free to contact me or any of the management committee.
Again, I remind members that we are approaching our membership cap, so if you intend on joining a partner/ spouse or friend, please do so before we get to the cap and we need to decline applications.
Eumundi on a Sunday – CRUIZE IN (Cars and Coffee) We had our second Cruize In on Sunday 16th May with around 40 cars present. We have started this new initiative with a view to providing a regular get-together with the wider car enthusiast community. There was a great vibe and I expect the gathering to grow rapidly and become a major Sunshine Coast event on the 3rd Sunday of every month and be open to everyone, not just Roadrunner Car Club members.
We would like to include a car boot sale and have a busker provide musical entertainment.
I encourage everyone to support the Cruize In and enjoy a day out in Eumundi – for those interested we could organise a group lunch at the Imperial Hotel. Please let me know if you are interested.
Automatic Membership renewals
Just a reminder that we have made a change to make it easier for members to renew their membership. We have now set up a ‘membership level’ that will allow for the automatic renewal of your membership: ‘Individual ordinary member – Automatic renewal’.
To activate this via the Club website, you simply choose to switch to ‘automatic renewals’ the next time you renew your membership and add your credit card information.
All renewals from then on will be made automatically on the due date.
This can be turned off at any time if you so choose.
Noosa Charity Car Show 2021
Register Now!
The show is fast approaching, and I encourage all members to register your cars and motorcycles as soon as possible so we know how many guest vehicles we can invite.
Remember this event is primarily for members vehicles, but we will have invited guests with an emphasis on only high- quality cars and motorcycles. (More show details on page 13 and our website.)

Members who are unwell
We have several members who are dealing with serious health issues and on behalf of the MC and other members I would like to wish them all the best and a speedy recovery.

New : Beep Beep – Club Newsletter
We have adopted a new format for our newsletter that allows you to flip the pages and which we think will add a more professional look and makes the newsletter easier to read – I hope you enjoy!
However, do not worry if you prefer the old version as it will still be offered, and you can choose whichever format you prefer.
Remember you can always print out the magazine if you prefer a hard copy version.
