Handbrakes
on Friday 24th November at The Doonan
The last Handbrakes for the year at The Doonan was well attended by 16 ladies and 14 partners... beautifully spaced at opposite ends of the delightful café area so we could happily talk about each other!!!
The Doonan really is a well presented, spacious garden café and although open to the elements enough coverage over-head to keep off the occasion scud of rain.
No damp spirits – everyone getting into the Christmas spirits... many members going away for the holidays to visit family, whilst others planning to entertain on the Sunny Coast.
The next ‘Handbrakes date’ will be a combined coffee morning for all members at the Mooroochy River Golf Club, BliBli, on 29th December... possibly a quiet time between Christmas and New Year.
