PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Hello everyone
I would like to offer a warm welcome to our new Members, and I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events.
Please use the Club website as your primary source of information and I trust you will enjoy getting involved – do not hesitate to speak to myself or any of the committee if there is anything you want help with.
Condolences
Condolences go to Noel Madigan on the loss of Ros and to Chrissie Jacques on the loss of Russ – they were both wonderful people and active members who will be sadly missed by their many friends in the Club. Our thoughts are now with Noel and Chrissie at this very difficult time.
As is our tradition, flowers and condolences were sent to Noel and Chrissie on behalf of the Club and members.
Flooding
If there are any members who have been adversely affected by the recent flooding and need assistance, please let us know – we would be happy to help out where we are able.
Event Registrations / Cancellations
It is essential that everyone registers to attend the Club events to comply with our insurance requirements and so we can confirm numbers with venues. Likewise it is essential that you cancel your registration if for some reason you can no longer
attend – again so we know accurate numbers in advance.
Upcoming Events
Whilst you receive RSVP notices via email from 30 days beforehand, you will find all events listed on the Club website where you can register ahead of time. This also helps us with event planning.
