Car Show AGM Report 2021
Unfortunately, we had to cancel the Charity Car Show as scheduled for August 8th due to Lock Down.
The creative team, from both Roadrunners Car Club and Katie Rose Cottage Hospice had put a lot into this event and most of it will roll over [to another date] with a few tweaks.
Jim Fagan a retired Journalist who supports KRCH – has written an article promoting the event to be published when a new date is set.
Cancellation costs, were kept to a minimum just with brochures and a few banners that will have to be re- done or the date changed.
All Sponsors are all still on board and all exhibitor entries will roll over to the rescheduled event.
Covid 19 Gov advice, as of Friday 27th August is that we have moved from stage 2 lock down to stage 3, which will allow us to move ahead and reschedule a date for the show. Potential future snap lockdowns are always a possibility.
Co-ordinating all related parties, vendors and exhibitors along with council approval is what we will work on now. Along with other local events that are coming up.
