6th November 2022 ROADRUNNER CAR CLUB AGM
58 Members attended our Roadrunner Annual General Meeting on 6th November at the RSL in Cooroy.
The business was conducted in a very orderly fashion and thanks were accorded to the outgoing President and Vice President who had overseen the Club from the very beginning 4 years ago. The social secretary was also stepping down. Unfortunately no nominations were received for any of these roles and it was left to the new Committee to find replacements in due course.
The Annual Subscription fees were raised to $40 from 1st January 2023 by an overwhelming vote.
The Treasurer and Secretary are unchanged and the others on the Committee as nominated remain unchanged.
Many members had arrived early for lunch and after the meeting lingered on for lively discussion over a scone or a cake!
It was good to see so many members attending but a shame a larger number of our 300+ membership did not come along.
