>> This arena, although newly introduced, has housed some of the hard- est hits in all of the NFL. The Minnesota Vikings, this past year in particu- lar, offered as stingy of defense as any. Hard hitting, calculated, not afraid to ruffle any feathers in order to accomplish the job they were given. Jason Anderson feels the same, albeit in the 2017 Supercross series. Never one to shy away from bar banging, he understands that his contract, legacy, and pride, all stand on the fact of being the best racer he can be; and if that entails having to knock someone off the track in order to obtain posi- tion, he knows what he has to do. His demeanor was unchanged leading into the night show, never shying away through the qualifying sequences, once the main had come upon him, he was ready to fire on all cylinders. With the field barricading into turn one, the pushing and shoving gleamed a smile under his helmet, lighting a fire that could set the pack ablaze. As they plowed through the track, the 22-man entourage sorted themselves out accordingly, Anderson inside the top ten. He quickly worked his way into familiar territory, seeing a pack of Millsaps, Musquin, and Dungey that lay ahead. He would chase the orange brigade, lap after lap, the infamous shirttail dangling on through the wind. Following a mistake from his all
too familiar foe, Cole Seely, they somehow, once again, linked up again. Absolutely absurd, as if they have some type of magnetic attraction that lures them to each others sides at each and every round. He would fight hard, turning a laptime of 49.037, just a hair off of the leaders of the field. Bringing home yet another solid effort, his wheel tapping would land him in the fourth place position as timing and scoring finished their sequencing.
