JORDAN JARVIS
Jordan Jarvis started riding when she was five years old and began racing only half a year later. Her Father passed down the passion
of motorcycles to her at a young age like
so many families in the sport do - and from that point forward she was hooked. It would have been tough to foresee the exorbitant amount of success that Jarvis would have as a racer, even for the most optimistic of parents. The North Carolina native has earned high caliber sponsorships by industry giants such as Monster Energy, Fox Racing, and Scott Sports; she rides for the National Yamaha team which has brought her great success
in recent years of competition. She’s also proved that her speed can transition to the boys classes by being the first girl to qualify
for the 85cc 9 - 11 mod class back in 2013. Jarvis also managed to score multiple top 5 finishes in the Supermini class during the 2015 season of the AMSOIL Arenacross series. She’ll be looking to add another Loretta’s
title to her collection this year at the Ranch
to complement the Girls 9 - 13 championship that she won in 2014. Jarvis will be competing in the Girls (12-16) as well as the Women’s (14+) class this year, two classes that she
has showed incredible speed in throughout
the season thus far. She put her Yamaha
on the top step of the overall podium in both aforementioned classes at the Daytona RCSX, beating out Jamie Astudillo and Jazzmyn Canfield with consistent finishes and multiple moto wins. She also managed to finish just outside the top 15 in the Supermini class at the infamous Daytona Speedway, something that should not be overlooked as it is consistently one of the most competitive amateur classes around. The young North Carolina rider took two overall victories at the James Stewart Freestone Championships and backed it up for good measure with two more overall victories at the Junior Moto X in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She has proven time and time again that she has the raw speed to put it together for a perfect week at Loretta’s and Jarvis’ results from the 2016 season display her technical prowess on a SX track as well as her ability to hang out it out with the best of them outdoors. She’ll be a forced to be reckoned with come gate drop at the Ranch and undoubtedly one of the favorites to take home multiple titles at the end of the week.
