KEN ROCZEN
Ken Roczen has finally figured it all out and is proving himself to be the man to beat in American motocross. Many years ago, the young German had a dream to come to America and compete against the cream of the crop. Ken did just that and clicked off a 250 class Supercross championship in his
3rd year of racing here in America. He then was able to clench the 450 Motocross Championship in his rookie season of the premier class. Since then, Ken has finished 2nd many times and is now ready to win again. If it weren’t for a machine malfunction in the second moto at Glen Helen just a few weeks ago, Ken could potentially be on his way to join the greats like James Stewart and Ricky Carmichael in achieving the ever sought after, undefeated season. No one has had an answer for Ken’s dominance ever since he decided to start dominating in the latter part of the 2016 Supercross season. Now, with Dungey out of points contention due to injury, the chances of another rider stepping up to challenge Roczen for the championship are slim. It seems the only thing standing between Kenny and the 2016 Motocross Championship is time and with each race, if he rides anything like he has the last few months, it should be an easy season for the #94.
