DAXTON BENNICK
With his father being a professional racer in the 90’s, KTM Orange Brigade rider, Daxton Bennick, has shown some mad mini-bike skills over the past few seasons. The young number 241 bike won a title at The Ranch in Tennessee back in 2013 and finished 4th at the
RCSX of 2014. As for last year, Daxton has had some even more impressive finishes, with the 51cc Limited Supercross Championship and 6 other top 5 finishes at the Thor Winter Olympics in November, two championships at the Vurb Classic in California and another at Baja Acres in Michigan. Despite this list of number 1 plates, last years Ricky Carmichael Amateur Supercross was not what Bennick was hoping for. Failing to post a main event finish, he comes into this year’s prestigious event with a vengeance. And with the more recent strong results opportunity seems to be at a premium for Bennick heading into the Spring Nationals. What will be interesting to watch this year is that Bennick will be racing the 65 class exclusively at the 2016 RCSX. All eyes will be watching as Bennick looks to continue his top contender status in the bigger class; while this weekend should prove to shine some light on the bright future of #241.
