In wake of Justin Barcia’s
recent injury, Phil Nicoletti now bears the burden of carrying the torch for JGR Yamaha alongside teammate, Weston Peick. Even with the whirlwind of excitement swirling around JGR Yamaha in the past few weeks, Nicoletti has remained steadfast and strong; his unwavering determination and focus
is nearly visible in the air around him. This focus transfers to the track and into the bike beneath him, making him an interesting twist to the 2016 race season. Although luck was not on his side at Anaheim two, Nicoletti has
the makings to be a dark horse in this year’s championship battle.
