S i n cet h e introduction of the MotoAmerica Championship in 2015, the second round of the series has made it’s home in the rolling hills of Brasel- ton, Georgia at the world famous Road Atlanta circuit. Although it doesn’t harbor the same acclaim as Daytona International Speedway or Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway, the two and a half mile, twelve-turn circuit holds a special place in the heart of American road racing cul- ture. It was always a staple on the AMA Superbike schedule from the glory days of the nineteen-nineties onward, but it also plays host to many other forms of motorized competition -- such as the Formula Drift series, the IMSA SportsCar Championship, and most notably the Petit LeMans -- bringing in approximately three hundred and
twenty-thousand visitors per year.
