in the main event as he grabbed
the early lead and never looked
back, putting the hammer down on the first flying lap, clocking the fastest lap time of the race.

Cooper stretched out a solid
gap of more than five seconds
and maintained it all the way to the checkered flag, utilizing his smooth and consistent style to float over the mammoth bumps
as he cruised through the winding mountain course. He put his Yamaha on the top step of the podium for the sixth time in a row, clinching his third championship as he established himself as the top bear hunter of the weekend. Cooper will be looking to carry his momentum into the next couple days of action as he looks to make a statement heading to the big dance at Loretta Lynn’s.
