JUSTIN BRAYTON
450 SX / SD

>> The veteran has been known to prepare for the upcoming season by traveling to oversea events to get more race time. This year was no different for Justin as he traveled to Austra- lia to compete in the supercross season they put on aboard a Penrite Honda machine. Brayton was able to secure the SX1 Title down under which also gave him lots of publicity which attracted new sponsors in America. The former multi time factory rider entered the off season without a contract for 2017, his efforts in securing a title in the off season opened the eyes of the SmartTopMotoconcepts Honda team and the two where able to make a deal. The #10 of Brayton doesn’t typically start the season off strong, but is capable of better results than he has been posting. Brayton looked like he was going to bounce back from his 15th place finish at A1 and produce a top 10 at round 2. A few encounters with Baggett destroyed the possibilities of that and propelled both riders
to rear end of the field. Showing true professionalism and character Justin got up as soon as possible so he could start chasing down his competitors. After it was all said and done Justin was able to garnish a 17th place finish.
