CONNER MULLENNIX
Conner Mullennix made his mark in the A class at the first round of SXA action in Anaheim, Califor- nia, scoring a third place in the Open A main event and a solid fourth place finish in the 250 A category. The California native made the trip to Glendale for the second round of action and was aiming to build off of his strong results from Angel Stadium. Mul- lenix got off to a good start in the 250 A class as he contested the first heat race, scoring a second place finish behind Honda rider Carson Brown. He found his way onto the podium yet again in the Open A class, finishing behind fellow KTM rider, Mitchell Falk,
as well as Brown. In the Open A main event, Mullennix wasn’t able to advance any further than fifth, but he redeemed himself in the 250 A class by sneaking back up onto the podium with a third place finish to make it an all orange rostrum.
